Marius popped by to drop off a copy of the new book he has been working on about the Eurostar. It features the people working on all aspects of the train, stations and offices on both sides of the Channel. Although it is quite corporate, the portraits of the staff are very funny. At Heathrow Terminal 5, there were none of the horrors that we have heard about over the past week. However, after the 20 or so years of planning, the terminal feels decidedly average and normal - with poor handling of queues. And some strange new shops and restaurants.
