This litteraly translate by "ripped off shirt golf" France is such a country. You go play a round and strange things could happen to you.
これを直訳すると、”シャツ（もしくはワンピース）を持ち上げるゴルフ場”という意味。（ちなみにフランス語の古くからある表現で、”ちょっとエッチをする”という意味）フランスはすごい国だね。ゴルフをプレイしようと出かけると、こういう不思議な体験をする。

Problem: I love golf but I hate most of golfers. They look terrible to start with, and they talk too much.
Solution: Go play at 6.30 am.
問題その１：僕はゴルフが大好きなのだが、ほとんどのプレイヤーがいただけない。一緒にゲームを始める気になれない人ばかりで、その上、おしゃべりが多すぎる。
解決方法：朝６時半にゴルフ会場に行くこと。

Problem: Deserts look terrible in all restaurants now. Too creative and tasteless.
Solution: Have Clara do a real Baba au rhum.
問題その２：今や、どこのレストランに行っても、出てくるデザートはすごすぎる。クリエーティヴすぎる上に味がない。
解決方法：僕の知っているクララさんに本当に美味しいラム酒のババロアケーキをつくってもらうこと。

Down in Fonds de Fiol, Jura, drinking Chateau Chalon, with Gregoire, Mathias and Michael. Tomorrow, wood sculpture for A.P.C. future perfume.
ジュラ地方にて、フォン・ドゥ・フィオールという町でグレゴアール、マティアスそしてミカエルと一緒にシャトー・シャロン酒を飲んでいるところ。明日は今構想中のA.P.C. の香水ボトルの木のサンプルが上がる予定。

To do tomorrow: pedicure with Carla.
あした、やらなければいけないこと：カルラと一緒に美容院に行ってペディクキュアしてもらわなきゃ。
