カレー番長・CURRY BANCHO

ちょっと前なんですが、いつも写真を御願いしているカメラマンの
高山さんの事務所引っ越しパーティーがありました。
パーティで何をするか？という段階で、少しだけ相談に乗りました。
本当は自分が一緒にパーティーをしたいと思っていた、カレー番長をご紹介。
東京カレーラボでご一緒させて頂いた皆さんが、当日鍋と炊飯器を片手にやってきて
くれました。僕が到着したときには、二種類のうち一種類売り切れていたのが悔しい
です。
カレー番長、今度は僕のパーティーで御願いします！
This actually happened a little while ago, but there was a party for Mr. Takayama,
the photographer who documents all of Wonderwall's work, who just relocated to a new office.
But before this, when we started planning the party, he asked me for my advice.
Enter the Curry Bancho, the curry king. I was thinking that if I were to do a party,
I would like to collaborate with him, so I introduced the two.
I had a chance to work with the Curry Bancho for his dinner style Curry restaurant,
Tokyo Curry Lab., located in Tokyo Tower. He came with two kinds of curries,
and a rice cooker, but unfortunately, by the time I arrived, the kind I wanted to try was all gone.
Curry Bancho, I'm counting on you for my party next!
『かわいくておいしい』・"Kawaikute Oishii (cute & tasty)"

11/2に表参道にオープンするGYRE（ジャイル）という施設の地下１Fで
CINAGRO（シナグロ）というお店のお手伝いをしています。
そのプロジェクトでご一緒している料理家の渡辺有子さんが
先日オフィスに打ち合わせにきてくれました。
I am involved with a project for an organic deli & market called
CINAGRO which is opening in GYRE Omotesando on November 2nd.
Ms. Yuko Watanabe, gastrologer, visited our office for a meeting.
そのときに、本が出版されると言っていたのですが、その本を頂きました。
『かわいくておいしい』です。こういうのってセンスが出ますよね。
パッケージがかわいくておいいしいものを紹介している本で
近場のお店も結構あるので、今度行ってみようと思います。
She told me that she is coming out with a book, and gave me a copy of it as a gift.
The title is "Kawaikute Oishii(cute & tasty)". This kind of content shows one's personal sense.
It is about food with cute packaging. I would like to visit some of the stores
since some of them are near by.

那須さんに呼んで頂いて、オープニングレセプションに行きました。
すごく良いです。作品を一つ購入しました。
難解なテーマですが、彼から話を聞いて少し分かった気になりました。
「僕のロジックは君のロジックと違う。だから、僕の作品の中に
君なりのロジックが見つかったらメールして」
と言われたので、届いたら少し考えてみようと思います。
11/2まで開催しています。ビデオ作品とアート作品があります。
Mr. Taro Nasu invited me to an opening reception at his art gallery.
I liked the show and bought a piece.
The theme was quite obscure,
but I felt as if I had a better understanding after talking to him.
"My logic is different from yours, so please send me an e-mail
if you find your own logic in my piece."
So, I want to think about it when my piece is delivered.
This show is on until November 2. There is video piece and photographic piece.
