ミース・ファン・デル・ローエによる新ナショナルギャラリー。
とにかく僕が最も好きな建築家であるミースの代表作です。
これまで写真でしか見た事がなかったのですが、実際足を踏み入れると
そのモダンさと実験性に打ちのめされました。
完璧なものってちっとも古くならないんですね。
この時は、Jannis Kounellisのエキシビション中でした。
展示も素晴らしかったです。

My favorite architect's representative work.
Though I had seen photos of it, I was completely struck by its
modernity and experimental approach upon stepping into the gallery.
Its perfection has been able to withstand the test of time.
The exhibition of Jannis Kounellis was also magnificent.

本で見た事はあったのですが、実際に見ると本当に美しい建物です。

I have seen it in books, but the architecture is so beautiful up close.
夕食は、新しく出来たというGRILL ROYALで。
複数の友人のおすすめで言ってきました。
ランチと同じく結構美味しいお店で、ステーキを食べました。
Dinner at newly opened GRILL ROYAL, recommended by several friends.
I had a steak, and it was quite good as lunch was.
