「影響は人から受けるもの」

こんばんは。
1月24日。火曜日。曇り。
昨日は夕食の後、
妻の提案で家の一番おおきな窓際に座って
雪が降る景色を見ながらケーキとお茶を頂きました。
僕には到底思いつくことができなかったそのアイディアを持つ彼女。
雪が降り、積もるのを見ていることが大好きだそうです。
子供のような率直で単純なその感性は
大人になりきってしまった退屈な自分にとても良い影響を与えてくれます。
朝、目覚めたとき、
陽の光を受けてきらめく雪が
どことなくなつかしく感じました。

January 24th. Tuesday. Cloudy.
Yesterday after dinner
my wife suggested that we sit by the largest window in the house
and we had cake and tea watching the scenery of it snowing outside.
She had such an idea that I would have never thought of.
She says that she likes to watch the snow fall and pile.
This emotion so straight and simple like a child
influenced me in a good way
since I have become a boring adult.
In the morning, when I wake up,
the snow gleaming from the rays of the sun
had a somewhat nostalgic feeling.
